Auvalis upholds ecological sustainability across every process: we do not accept metals of unknown origin, working exclusively with materials sourced from operations duly licensed by Brazil's National Mining Agency (ANM). Our refining process applies every ecological procedure required to prevent environmental degradation.
Our rule for refining a product is that it meets the requirements above, because we are aware of the irregularities present in various parts of Brazil. Refusing material without due diligence is how we protect nature and safeguard the institutional integrity of the company.
Our company can also provide guidance to help a given operation come into compliance with Brazilian regulations and operate in an ecologically sound manner.
Refining Criteria
Brazilian-origin product.
We work exclusively with gold mined or recycled within Brazilian territory, with full provenance documentation.
Mandatory ANM licensing.
We only accept material from operations with a current license from Brazil's National Mining Agency (ANM).
Compliance with Brazilian environmental regulations.
Adherence to federal and state environmental regulations is verified before any cargo is accepted.
Process carried out with ecological responsibility.
In-house refining applies containment, recovery and disposal procedures aligned with leading environmental practice.
